Alex is an excellent personal trainer who knows a lot of ways to train his clients and is very knowledgeable about nutrition. He developed an exercise program and nutrition plan that was specific to me and my goals. I am lucky to have Alex as my personal trainer. Over the last three and a half months I have worked up to a point where I am now in better shape and have lost over 32 lbs. All the other personal trainers in his gym are cheerful, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I now train with personal trainer Danielle who has given me great support and a sweetheart.
