An Exercise Plan Tailored to You

Whether your main goals are endurance, strength training or weight loss, our trainers will get you where you want to be - and beyond. Our plans are balanced to ensure that you’re working at a level that will help you realize results without sacrificing your health.

During your workout sessions, your trainer will show you how to do the exercises with correct form, encourage you to do those extra reps, and write you a workout plan and schedule for you to follow outside of your sessions, as well. So you can continue the upward road of your fitness journey beyond your meeting with a trainer.

Customized, easy-to-follow meal plans

Crash diets may help you drop a few pounds, but they’ll also make you lose muscle. 

Muscle helps you to burn calories so it's in your best interest to keep as much muscle as you can. If you try to return to your regular diet after overtraining, under-eating and losing muscle mass, you’ll actually gain the weight back due to your body’s lowered metabolism and weakened ability to burn calories. This is often referred to as a “yoyo” effect.

We take the guesswork out of the type of your diet.

Your HouseFit personal trainer works with HouseFit’s nutrition team to customize a healthy meal plan that perfectly complements your workout strategy. 

Meal plans generally consist of lean proteins, complex carbs and healthy fats that won’t deprive you of essential nutrients.

Beyond the gym, we’ll train you to look at your food as fuel, allowing you to achieve a healthier lifestyle by keeping track of what proteins, carbs, and fats you’re eating - and in what ratio. 

We keep you motivated

At HouseFit all of our training programs are goal-oriented so that both you and your trainer are accountable to the goals you’ve agreed on together.

We keep progress reports during the program so that both you and your trainer can celebrate every pound of fat loss and muscle gained. We also conduct monthly fitness assessments so you can measure your newfound endurance and strength against your baseline.

We also like to do photo documentation, or what we like to call the “before and after” effect. 

As you can see from our various success stories, our clients’ lives completely change as a result of our training and meal programs.
