The path to a better body with strength training is one of discipline. There are no shortcuts. But choosing the right personal training support makes your journey easier. 

Our personal training philosophy involves a custom fitness plan, manageable progressive goal setting, and the development of lasting healthy habits and learning to stay motivated. Our knowledgeable and approachable personal fitness trainers provide you with a clear plan of diet and exercise that may be tough at times but will set you on the path to a dramatically cut and healthier you.

Motivation to push past your current comfort level

Finding the motivation to work out or develop exercise routines outside of your norm can be tough - but not with a HOUSEFIT trainer!

Your personal trainer will work with you to establish your comfort level in exercise and inspire you to push beyond it. Each session teaches you new exercises and builds on the previous exercises with new variations. The workout plan they develop for you to do in between sessions will be varied enough to keep you stimulated.

Our strength workouts involve a combination of high intensity and low-intensity weight lifting and resistance training across many types of strength training exercises. 

We incorporate your favourite exercises and athletics when developing your plan so you’re motivated to keep on keeping on. We’ll also teach you how to do bodyweight exercises that you can do anywhere, anytime, to stay fit on the fly.

Smart goal setting

We set smart goal progressions to help you achieve, bit by bit, the results you’re working towards without getting overwhelmed. By marking your weekly progress and seeing the fat drop and muscle build, you’ll be inspired to keep up the pace. We’ve seen it happen in even our most hesitant clients.

We also want to make sure that you can directly point to how far you’ve come, which is why we at HOUSEFIT always take a photo of you at the beginning of a program as a baseline. This makes it very clear, month-to-month, the strength gains you’ve accomplished. This is what we like to call The Before and After Effect.
